Pinnacle (a hands-on management consultancy) was appointed to lead much needed changes in the City of Council’s Edinburgh Building Services. What followed was one of the most successful turnarounds in any local authority. Now the service competes with the very best in business and their people look forward to coming to work. UPFRONT is the regular newspaper we produced on their behalf to keep staff enthused and inspired and to recognise and celebrate their collective and individual achievements.
