Scotland's Got Talent
A major campaign initiative by Scottish Business in the Community and the Scottish Government to inspire Scotland’s business leaders to recruit from the widest available pool of talent in Scotland. People often missed in conventional recruitment programmes, but who prove time and time again that they add special zest and drive to Scottish companies.
We are talking about young school leavers and older people whose lives may have taken a difficult turn. The website was completed in time for a major launch at the Scottish Parliament.
