
A groundbreaking new website for the University of Leeds is up and running thanks to the Design Links creative team. The response so far has been ‘Fantastic’.
The brief was to create more and better opportunities for pre-registration dialogue among students and between students and the University – specifically using web-based social networking.

A number of existing and prospective students had joined Facebook groups dedicated to the University. This indicated a primary audience that fully embraced and welcomed the web, not only as a wellspring of information, but as a media for dialogue and relationship building.
The University now has a web site that speaks directly to students, allows them to talk to each other and does it in the way they like best.
